Blight

Before, leaves in golden haze touched,

 

Bludgeoned light incited gray hunger to

 

Borrow life, instead growth halted thoroughly

 

By leprotic injury. Gluttonous hordes tax

 

Beautiful leaves, inked, gone, hated touch.
